Manfrotto 504PLONGR-1 Video Camera Plate with Metric Ruler

Manfrotto 504PLONGR-1 is a 140 mm sliding video camera plate with a metric ruler for repeatable front-to-back balance. It is designed for Manfrotto MVH400AH, MVH502AH, MVH504XAH, 509HD, MVH608AH and MVH612AH fluid heads, while rubber grip strips and removable anti-rotation pins help keep the camera secure. Two 1/4″ and two 3/8″ camera screws are supplied, making the plate ready for common professional camera mounting threads.
