Manfrotto 500X Fluid Head

The Manfrotto 500X is a fluid video head designed for mirrorless camera users who demand maximum control, smooth movement and easy switching between formats. As part of a range with Bridging Technology, it offers the ideal balance between innovation and reliability. The tilting plate makes it easy to switch between landscape and portrait formats, ideal for video, stills and social media. Thanks to the innovative design, the head allows a quick and safe 90° tilt, ideal for Instagram, TikTok, vlogs, etc.

The Fluid DragSystem (FDS) on both axes (tilt and rotation) ensures smooth shots. For better stability, a Counterbalance System (CBS) optimized for 2.4 kg at 55 mm C.O.G. can be activated to keep the camera balanced.

The 501PL' s intuitive sliding plate with side-locking system allows the camera to be mounted from above - securely and in seconds. No complicated maneuvering - just snap and you're ready to create.
