Fujifilm GFX ETERNA 55 firmware update v1.04

Fujifilm has just released a new update for their GFX ETERNA 55 film camera! You can download firmware v1.04 HERE.

What's new in version 1.04?

The display delay on an external monitor connected via SDI or HDMI has been improved:

This improvement will only be noticeable when using one of the following formats: [4K 16:9], [4K 17:9], [FHD 16:9], or [FHD 17:9], if [RECORDING FPS] is set to 25 or less and [IS SETTING] / [INTERFRAME NR] are set to [OFF]. The display delay has been reduced by approximately 40 ms compared to version 1.03 and earlier versions.

The following firmware bugs have been fixed:

(1) The camera may freeze after completing the firmware update if the update was performed using only the NP-W235 rechargeable battery (use an external power source for this update; this improvement will only take effect after applying this firmware; after updating to version 1.04, the camera will automatically turn off after completing the firmware update).

(2) The camera may have frozen on the sensor cleaning screen when turned on under the following conditions:
・A PL mount adapter is attached
・An external monitor is connected via HDMI and is turned off
