Full-frame cine prime

SIMERA-C 50 MM T1.5

A natural perspective for dialogue, observational shots and detail work. The E-mount version is 69.6 mm long and weighs approximately 369 g and covers a 43.2 mm full-frame image circle.

Aperture and image character

Eight elements in six groups, a 16-blade iris and T1.5 support smooth defocus transitions. Simera-C uses aspherical, low-dispersion and high-refractive-index elements for high resolution and chromatic-aberration control.

Manual control for cine rigs

Focus has a 210° throw and a 0.45 m minimum distance from the sensor plane. 0.8 MOD gears on both focus and iris rings work with standard follow-focus systems; dual scales speed up work for mixed crews.
