What cables should I use with Blackmagic 12G-SDI products?

It is important to use a good quality HD cable with 12G-SDI products. As an example, Blackmagic Design recommends Belden 1694A cable, and now also the Canare L-4.5CHD joined the ranks or recommended cables.
