Adobe releases patches for Premiere Pro CC and After Effects CC 2015

Adobe released After Effects CC 2015 13.5.1, Premiere Pro CC 2015 9.0.1, and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015 9.0.1 bug fix updates.

The new Premiere Pro CC 9.0.1 adds greater performance and stability, reducing memory usage of the Lumetri systém, improves AVCintra 100 performance, solves crashes when importing many stills, crashes when attempting to open a project that has an effect mask applied to the Fast Color Corrector video effect, resolves random missing track items when round tripping AAF files, freezing when exporting timelines to AAF, improves performance with multi-cam edit with 40+ audio channels, and many other bug fixes, particularly in the audio sub-system. More here.

After Effects CC 2015 version 13.5.1 includes many fixes to previews, and other issues. The updates fixes a problem that caused After Effects to not respond to commands to stop previews or to respond slowly when changing layer parameters, including entering text in a text layer. When the Warp Stabilizer VFX and 3D Camera Tracker effects were present anywhere in the project, they caused After Effects to become unresponsive to keyboard and mouse input during frame renders. It also solves several audio-related fixes: audio now starts immediately during previews, stopping an audio preview returns the current-time indicator to the previous position, as it did in previous versions of After Effects, and more.

You can install the update through the Creative Cloud desktop application, or you can check for new updates from within any Adobe application by choosing Help > Updates.
