The Ulanzi BG5 is a handle-shaped power bank—you hold it in your hand like a grip while using it to power a light, camera, or laptop. Its 92.16 Wh capacity will keep a 100W COB light running at full power for about 43 minutes and a 65W light for over an hour and a quarter. The USB-C PD 3.0 output (up to 100 W ) works bidirectionally, so it charges itself quickly as well. It features a 1/4" thread on both the top and bottom. It weighs 585 g, and with its 92.16 Wh capacity, it fits within the carry-on luggage limit for airplanes.

The 92.16 Wh capacity will power a 100W COB light for about 43 minutes at full brightness and a 65W light for over an hour and a quarter. That’s enough for interviews, product shoots, and evening scenes without having to search for an outlet.

The USB-C port with PD 3.0 delivers up to 100 W —enough to power a light, camera, tablet, or laptop. Charging works both ways, so the handle recharges itself noticeably faster than a standard power bank.

The handle’s shape keeps the setup stable during handheld shooting while simultaneously powering whatever’s attached to it. This means you don’t have to carry a power bank in your pocket and run a cable from it across your entire setup.

There’s a 1/4" thread on top with a locking pin to prevent rotation, and another 1/4" thread on the bottom for a tripod. Between them is an eyelet for a strap. This allows the handle to snap into the center of the setup instead of hanging off the edge.

Pressing the button lights up the indicator LEDs: four light up at 76–100%, three at 51–75%, two at 26–50%, one at 6–25%, and one flashing below 5%. You don’t have to guess whether you’ll run out of power during your shoot.

The handle slides easily into a side pocket of your backpack. The 92.16 Wh capacity is below the 100 Wh limit that airlines allow in the cabin—so you can take it with you on your travels.
*Rules vary by airline; be sure to check them before your flight.

Dimensions: 196 × 53 × 44.5 mm; weight: 585 g. The shape is designed for a comfortable grip, so your hand won’t hurt even after prolonged low-angle shooting.
