Tilta NATO to Rosette Adapter - Black

The Tilta TA-NATO-RA-B adapter bridges the two most common mounting standards: an ARRI rosette with an M6 screw on one side, a NATO clamp on the other. A cage without a rosette gains a point for an ARRI handle — and the other way round, rosette accessories reach any NATO rail. It mounts either way round, so one part covers both cases.

An ARRI rosette and a NATO rail sit side by side on today’s cages, but rarely on the same side and rarely where you happen to need them. TA-NATO-RA-B is a short piece of aluminium that bridges the gap: a rosette on one face, a NATO clamp on the other. Depending on which face you use as the base, it either gives the cage a rosette or puts rosette accessories onto a NATO rail.

ARRI standard rosette

The rosette has the standard ARRI teeth and a central M6 screw, so it fits ARRI side handles, the Tilta Mini Articulating Arm and the rosette mounts on Tilta cages.

An ARRI handle on any cage

A cage that only has a NATO rail can carry a rosette side handle with this adapter. No need to change the cage or drill anything: the clamp slides onto the rail and the rosette is ready.

A NATO clamp on the other side

The NATO clamp slides onto the rail profile and tightens without tools. It comes off in a couple of seconds, so the adapter moves between cages even during a shoot.

Works both ways round

The adapter has no fixed "top" side. Either the NATO clamp grips the cage and the rosette faces out, or the rosette bolts to the cage and the NATO rail faces out for the next part.

The M6 screw in the rosette is tightened with the supplied allen key. On cages that have a rosette mount the adapter bolts straight into it; on cages with a NATO rail the opposite side is used. Both ways take a side handle or a smaller articulating arm.
