Right Side NATO Rail to Rosette Adapter

The Tilta TGA-NRA-R adapter adds a full ARRI rosette to the right-hand side of DJI RS series gimbals. It mounts onto the factory NATO rail, so a side handle, an extender arm or a control-unit bracket goes on without a single extra screw. Besides the rosette it offers a cold shoe and a 1/4″-20 thread for a monitor, microphone or wireless receiver.

On most rigs the right-hand side of the gimbal stays empty, even though that is where the second hand usually guides the setup from. The TGA-NRA-R adapter mounts onto the factory NATO rail on the right flank of DJI RS gimbals and turns it into an ARRI standard rosette. Any rosette handle, a Tilta extender arm or a control-unit bracket will fit.

The rosette follows the ARRI standard, so a handle, an extender arm or an adapter from any maker will fit. The teeth mesh all the way round, so the joint holds the angle you set even through a long handheld take.

Cold shoe and 1/4″-20 thread

Next to the rosette the adapter carries a cold shoe and a 1/4″-20 thread. A monitor, microphone, wireless receiver or a small articulating arm goes there without anything having to be screwed to the camera itself.

Tool-free NATO clamp

The adapter holds on the factory NATO rail profile. The clamp slides on and locks with a lever, and comes off in a couple of seconds. The gimbal still breaks down into its case and the balance does not have to be set again.

Fits the whole DJI RS line

The maker lists it for the DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro and RS 5 gimbals. The NATO rail sits in the same place on all of them, so the adapter moves between bodies unchanged.

The rosette also works with the Tilta Nucleus-Nano hand wheel attachment plate, which puts the Nucleus Nano hand unit straight onto the gimbal body. If you want the handle further out or at a different angle, the Tilta Rosette Extender Arm (TGA-REA) mounts onto this adapter.
