Tilta P-TAP to 2-Pin Lemo Power Cable (400mm)

The Tilta TCB-DTP-2LE-40 is a 40 cm P-Tap → 2-pin Lemo power cable. It plugs into a P-Tap port on the rig or on a V-Mount/Gold Mount battery and powers accessories with a standard 2-pin Lemo input: the Power Supply Baseplate for DJI RS 2, a monitor or a wireless video transmitter. The connectors are aluminium alloy and stainless steel, the conductors copper.

The Tilta TCB-DTP-2LE-40 brings the voltage of the big battery to where a small pack would otherwise sit. One V-Mount or Gold Mount battery then runs both camera and accessories, the rig stays compact and battery swaps are kept to a minimum.

P-Tap → 2-pin Lemo for any accessory with this input

The P-Tap (D-Tap) plug goes into the output of a battery plate or straight into a battery with a P-Tap port; the 2-pin Lemo plug on the other end goes into an accessory with a standard 2-pin Lemo socket. The cable passes the battery voltage through unregulated, so it suits devices that accept it: monitors, wireless video transmitters and the Tilta Power Supply Baseplate for DJI RS 2, whether it stands on its own or sits on the Hydra Alien or the Float System.

40 cm for the run from battery to rig

The 40 cm length is chosen for the run from a battery plate on the cage or shoulder support to an accessory on the rig — with no loop to tangle in your hands. The connector bodies are aluminium alloy and stainless steel, the conductors copper. The cable is straight and its thin jacket routes easily along rods. Shorter and longer 2-pin Lemo cables are available in the TCB range.

The Tilta TCB cable range links camera, battery and accessories on the rig: power from a V-Mount or Gold Mount plate over P-Tap, 2-pin Lemo, 3-pin Fischer or a DC barrel connector, USB-C PD for monitors and handles, 7-pin control cables for the Nucleus system and HDMI or BNC for the picture. Lengths follow the rig — short on the cage, longer out to arms and batteries; this cable is one of them.
