Tilta HDMI and USB-C Cable Clamp for Canon R1 - Black

The Tilta TA-T78-CC-B is an HDMI and USB-C cable clamp for the Tilta Full Camera Cage on the Canon EOS R1. It mounts to a dedicated attachment point on the cage with a hex key; the cables are held by thumbscrews, so they go in and come out quickly without tools. One clamp holds both cables and the ports in the camera body stay unstressed. Aluminium alloy and stainless steel, black.

The Tilta TA-T78-CC-B is a lightweight part for the Tilta cage on the Canon EOS R1: one clamp secures both the HDMI cable to a monitor or recorder and the USB-C cable for power or data at the same time.

One clamp for HDMI and USB-C

The clamp has two jaws one above the other — one for the HDMI cable, one for the USB-C cable — and each is closed by its own thumbscrew. Insert the cable, tighten the screw by hand, and from then on the pull on the cable is carried by the cage, not by the port in the R1 body. To disconnect a cable, only the screw is loosened; the clamp stays on the cage.

Firm on the cage, no rotation

The clamp is designed for the Tilta Full Camera Cage on the Canon R1 and sits in its dedicated attachment point next to the ports. It is screwed on with the included 2.5 mm hex key, so it holds firmly on the cage and cannot rotate. It is aluminium alloy with stainless steel screws, in the black of the cage, and adds almost no weight to the rig.

A Tilta cage is only the start: every series has parts designed for the camera body — top handles, side handles with a REC button, HDMI and USB-C cable clamps, battery plates, 15 mm rod holders, lens adapters and ARCA or NATO interfaces. The parts share 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating pins, NATO rails and cold shoes, so they combine across series. This part is one of them.
