Tilta HDMI Cable Clamp for Canon R6 V - Black

The Tilta HDMI Cable Clamp for the Canon EOS R6 V screws to the left side of the Tilta cage for the R6 V by the ports and holds the HDMI cable so it cannot pull out handheld or on a gimbal, keeping the signal to a recorder or monitor alive. Two points of contact prevent rotation and a single Allen screw tightens the clamp. Aluminum alloy and stainless steel — its weight does not burden the rig.

The Tilta HDMI Cable Clamp for Canon R6 V is the replacement or additional clamp for Tilta cages of the TA-T102 series. The full cage comes with one in the box; this one is for when it needs replacing, or when the cage was bought without it and the cable to an external recorder or monitor needs securing.

Lightweight clamp in aluminum and stainless steel

The clamp is aluminum alloy with stainless steel screws, so it weighs a few grams and does not throw a gimbal rig off balance. The design has two points of contact with the cage: one screw holds the clamp, the second point stops it from rotating, so a tug on the cable is not passed on to the HDMI connector. The cable drops into the clamp and is tightened with a single Allen screw — the key supplied with the cage is all it takes.

Mounts on the cage by the ports

The clamp has a dedicated spot on the Tilta cage for the R6 V right next to the port door on the left side — the HDMI cable runs from the connector straight into the clamp without a sharp bend. Handheld, on a gimbal or on a tripod the connector stays put and the signal to an external recorder or monitor does not drop. Access to the port doors and the camera controls stays free.

The clamp is made for the TA-T102-FCC-B full cage and the Power Kit and Pro Kit built on it; the full cage already ships with one clamp. The full cage offers 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating pins, NATO rails, a cold shoe and an Arca-Swiss quick release plate; the Power Kit adds a V-Mount battery plate, the Pro Kit adds Xeno handles and the 15 mm LWS baseplate.
