The lightweight aluminum cage consists of modular plates that offer extensive anti-twist 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 threads, NATO rail, ARRI rosettes and 15 mm LWS support. The included V-Mount battery plate powers the camera and accessories, the quick-release shoulder pad baseplate enables fast handheld-to-tripod transitions (Manfrotto top, VCT-U14 bottom) and the top handle adds extra mounting points. A right-side extension arm with 50 cm USB-C cable relocates the C400’s control grip for shoulder comfort, while two carbon-fiber rods support matte boxes or follow focus.
