Tilta Side Quick Adjust Rosette Adapter - Black(One Pair)

The Tilta Quick Adjust Rosette Adapter sits between the rosette on a cage or shoulder rig and the rosette of a side handle. The release lever is worked with the thumb, so the handle angle can be changed at any point during a take — no tools, no loosening of screws. The teeth follow the ARRI standard and the body is aluminium alloy with a stainless steel ring. This package is a pair — the left and the right adapter, 90 g.

A rosette is the usual way a side handle attaches to a cage or a shoulder rig — but its angle normally changes only by loosening a screw. The Tilta Quick Adjust adapters add a quick lock to that joint: you set the angle with your thumb, one-handed and without tools.

Key features

Adjustment through 360°

Press the release lever and the teeth of both rosettes disengage, so you can set the relative angle anywhere within a full 360°. Let the lever go and the teeth mesh again, holding the joint firmly.

Adjust while operating

The quick lock works one-handed, without letting go of the handle. You do not have to guess the position beforehand — you fine-tune it while shooting, exactly where it feels right.

ARRI standard rosette

Both sides of the adapter use ARRI standard teeth, so it fits cages, shoulder rigs and handles built to that standard. The left and right versions differ in which side the lever is on — pick the one that matches the hand you adjust with.

Aluminium and stainless steel

The body is aluminium alloy, the toothed ring stainless steel. The adapter weighs 90 g and takes the torque of a handle carrying a follow focus or a controller.

Good to know

The adapters are primarily made for the Tilta Lightweight Shoulder Rig and for the rosette adapters used with DJI RS 2 and RS 3 Pro gimbals. They work with any ARRI standard rosette, though.

The left and right adapters differ in which side the release lever is on and are sold both singly and as a pair. You need both for the two handles of a shoulder rig.
