The pair of Tilta ES-T20-SRH 15 mm rod holders screws onto the Multi-Functional Top Plate for the Sony FX6 and runs rods above the camera — forwards to a follow focus or matte box, backwards to a battery plate or viewfinder. Each holder sits on a single 1/4"-20 screw with a locating pin, so it cannot twist; the body is aluminium alloy with stainless steel hardware.
The Tilta 15mm Single Rod Holder for Sony FX6 is a pair of 15 mm rod holders that belongs on the top plate of the ES-T20 cage. One pair comes in the box with the ES-T20-MTP top plate; this one is the second pair for rods front and back at the same time, or a spare.
The holders screw onto the ES-T20-MTP top plate into 1/4"-20 threads with locating pin holes, so they sit on axis and do not twist even under the pull of a follow focus. They can sit at the front of the plate carrying 15 mm rods to a focus motor or matte box, or at the back where a battery plate, viewfinder or wireless video transmitter hangs on the rods. With a second pair you fit both at once.
Each holder clamps a single 15 mm rod and has its own lever, so the rod is loosened and slid with one hand and no tools. The spacing of the two holders on the plate matches the 15 mm LWS standard, so the rods run where common accessories expect them. The body is aluminium alloy, the screw and locating pin stainless steel; the finish is black like the rest of the cage.
The Tilta cage for the Sony FX6 (ES-T20) wraps the camera with all ports protected and adds 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points with ARRI locating pins, NATO rails and 15 mm rod holders. The ES-T20 accessories build on it — top plate, handles, battery plates, side plate or rod holders mount to the cage and to the camera body and combine freely; this one is among them.
