The Simera 35mm redefines the iconic focal length through advanced optical engineering, crafted for creators seeking modern precision and artistic expression. Its f/1.4 aperture and 14-blade diaphragm deliver cinematic bokeh and smooth out-of-focus transitions, while the floating element design ensures exceptional resolution from infinity to its close 0.45m focus distance. Compared to other 35mm f/1.4 lenses, it offers sharper rendering, superior chromatic aberration control, and outstanding flare resistance. Whether capturing portraits, street scenes, or close-ups, it maintains a perfect balance between sharp detail and poetic ambiance.
Simera · Leica M
The silver Simera 35mm for Leica M combines an f/1.4 aperture, precise rangefinder focusing and a compact aluminium body. Its natural 35mm perspective suits street work, reportage, environmental portraits and travel.

Sun and moon symbols mark the switch between clicked operation for stills and smooth de-clicked control for video. Fourteen blades help produce gentle, rounded out-of-focus rendering.
Dual Focus Tab Options
Simera 35mm M-mount lens provides two focus tab options.
Infinity-lock Tab:
Enhances stability by preventing lens rotation during installation, ensuring secure handling.
Crescent-shaped Tab:
Ergonomically designed for a comfortable grip, enabling smooth, single-finger focusing for seamless operation.
*Note: Replacing the focus tab requires disassembly and calibration of several internal components.
To ensure optimal optical performance and mechanical stability, official replacement services are not provided.
Advanced Optics for Refined Imagery
The lens features 3 high-refractive-index (HRI) elements and 1 aspherical element to eliminate field curvature and spherical aberrations, ensuring outstanding resolution. A minimum focusing distance of 0.45m opens up creative possibilities.
Timeless Elegance, Modern Excellence
The meticulously crafted retro design pairs seamlessly with classic rangefinder cameras, featuring a 1950s-style red-dot depth-of-field scale that adds both charm and functionality to your creative process. The focus ring includes a tactile 0.7m resistance point, alerting users to switch from rangefinder coupling to EVF when necessary, ensuring precise control in every shot. The aperture ring is marked with “Sun” and “Moon” symbols to switch click and declick modes, allowing effortless transitions between still and video shooting.
