The Storm 3000 set with one transmitter and two receivers covers two monitoring positions at once, typically the focus puller and the director. The transmitter takes the camera signal over 3G-SDI or HDMI, and each receiver with integrated V-Mount plate outputs it on two SDI and one HDMI – uncompressed and with under 1 ms of delay.
One Storm 3000 transmitter and two receivers with V-Mount battery plates for two monitoring positions.

Both receivers listen to the same transmitter, so focus puller and director see an identical image with no delay. Thanks to multicast, more receivers can be added later.
The new mode cuts one more frame of delay compared with regular operation – ideal for news, sports and live broadcast.
Uncompressed transmission with zero latency means the monitor shows exactly what the camera sees, at the same moment. Focusing, lighting and directing can go wireless without compromise.
One transmitter feeds any number of receivers on the same channel.
A 35 mm fan keeps both units running through long, hot shooting days.
6–36 V via 2-pin LEMO, plus a V-Mount battery on the receiver.
The receiver is 40 % and the transmitter 17 % smaller than the previous generation.
Storm 3000 at a glance. Up to 1 km range, zero-delay playback and six improvements over the previous generation – better performance, functions and structure.

1000 metres of range. The more robust signal loses far less image quality at extreme distance, so Storm 3000 handles a football stadium or a big production.

Professional mode. One frame less delay than in regular mode – for news, sports and other live broadcasts.

Protected ports. The receiver has two SDI outputs, the transmitter an SDI input and loop output; recessed connectors withstand knocks.

Antenna cover. Protects the most frequently damaged part of the system and extends the life of every antenna, with nothing to assemble.

Integrated mount and cooling. The V-Mount battery plate is part of the receiver body, and a smart 35 mm fan allows long operation even in the heat.

Stronger and smaller. The receiver is 40 % smaller, the transmitter 17 %, and the integrated mount makes the structure stiffer.

Blade antennas. The new patented antennas are more durable and practical; the kit includes eight of them.

Summary. Up to 3000 ft range, professional mode, recessed ports, protected antennas and an integrated mount.
