The multi-award-winning Cartoni Lambda 50 is the only support that lets you set the nodal position with any camera and pivot 360° on the camera’s focal plane. Settings are made on graduated horizontal and vertical slides with micrometric cranks for extreme precision. Movement on all axes is assisted by a 7-step + 0 fluid system. Payload 50 kg.

When the slide travel is not enough to bring the centre of gravity to the nodal point, a smart system of orientable counterweight rods helps out. The Lambda 50 mounts on tripods and dollies or can be used underslung from cranes and jib arms.

The horizontal and vertical slides are graduated and moved by micrometric cranks, so you set the nodal point with extreme precision and can repeat it any time.
Orientable counterweight rods help when the slide travel is not enough.
Seven drag steps and position 0 for free movement on all axes.
The head can be used underslung from cranes, jib arms or on dollies, giving positions a conventional head cannot reach.
A hard case, third axis, steering wheel, eyepiece holder and extra counterweight rods expand what the head can do.

The Lambda 50 on a tripod with its telescopic pan bar: the camera sits in the frame so that it turns around the nodal point.

Graduated slides with cranks move the camera in both directions by exact amounts.
The head has an integrated spirit level.
