RGBlink TAO 1mini-HN

The RGBlink TAO 1mini-HN is a compact round streaming node for live broadcasting from PTZ cameras, DSLRs or webcams to YouTube, Facebook or Twitch. It has HDMI and USB-C inputs, a 2.1" touchscreen, PoE and USB-C PD power, and streams over LAN via NDI, RTMP and SRT to up to 4 platforms at once in 2K FHD.

The TAO 1mini-HN shares the round body and the connectors of the TAO 1mini. It encodes and decodes H.264, H.265 and MJPEG at up to 1920 × 1080 at 60 fps, making it the more affordable choice for Full HD streaming.

A display that shows what you broadcast

The 2.1" touchscreen shows the incoming picture and the status of the LAN or NDI stream and controls the unit without a computer. Streaming to up to 4 platforms at once, such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitch, is set up in the TAO mobile app. The picture from HDMI or a UVC camera is turned into NDI, RTMP or SRT streams.

Connectors underneath

Underneath are the HDMI input and a USB-C input for a UVC camera (up to 1920 × 1080 at 60 fps), an HDMI output for clean pass-through, a 3.5 mm analog microphone input, USB-A 3.0 for a webcam or external storage (up to a 2 TB SSD or 64 GB USB flash drive), the USB-C power input and a LAN port with PoE.

PoE or USB-C power, camera mounting

The unit is powered over PoE with a single network cable or via USB-C PD (5–12 V) and draws 10 W. It weighs 180 g and measures 91 × 40.8 mm. 1/4"-20 threads and a cold shoe adapter let you attach it to a camera, tripod or desk.
