The Manfrotto 420B is a black aluminum Combi-Boom that converts between a light stand and boom. It has a 131–392 cm height range, 9 kg payload and is supplied with a counterweight sandbag.
Manfrotto 420B: a lightweight stand and boom in one
The black aluminum 420B works as a light stand and as a Combi-Boom. A sandbag is supplied and double-braced legs support safe operation.
With one lever movement the stand converts to a boom for precise off-axis light placement.
A stable working base
Double-braced legs increase stability. When using the boom, always observe the payload and balance the setup.
