Manfrotto Black Aluminium Extension 2-Section Stand

The Manfrotto 142B is a heavy-duty black aluminum 2-section extension pole (125–210 cm) that screws directly onto any Junior (28 mm) receiver stand to instantly add up to 82 cm of extra height. Perfect for raising big lights, overhead frames or butterfly frames higher than standard stands allow.

The Manfrotto 142B is the black version of Manfrotto’s legendary heavy-duty stand extension. Two thick aluminum sections (one riser) with large locking collars give a rock-solid 210 cm maximum height while still supporting full studio loads. The bottom is a 28 mm (1-1/8″) Junior male spigot, the top is a 28 mm Junior female receiver + 16 mm Baby stud + 3/8″ thread. When you need to get a 12×12 frame, large HMI or softbox higher than your wind-up or C-stand can reach, just drop the 142B on top and you’re good.
