Manfrotto 28mm Male Adapter 1 1/8" and 3/8" Thread

The Manfrotto 163-38 is a heavy-duty 28 mm (1-1/8″) Junior male spigot with a 3/8″-16 female thread on the bottom, machined from solid zinc-plated steel. At 13.5 cm tall and 750 g, it’s the classic “Junior-to-3/8 adapter” that lets you mount any 28 mm Junior receiver light (ARRI, Mole, large HMI fresnels, etc.) directly onto a 3/8″ stud on a tripod head, Magic Arm, Super Clamp, or grip arm.

The Manfrotto 163-38 adapter is the industry-standard solution when you need to drop a big Junior-receiver fixture onto a smaller 3/8″ mount. The full-size 28 mm Baby/Junior pin is 100 mm long (standard length), while the base has a deep 3/8″-16 female thread and wide flange for rock-solid attachment without wobble.
