SmallRig Light Cage for Sony A7 III A7R III A9 2918

An aluminium SmallRig cage cut to fit the Sony A7 III, A7R III and A9. It leaves every control reachable and adds a cold shoe, 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads and ARRI-style pins so accessories cannot twist. A screwdriver sits in the base.

The SmallRig Light Cage for Sony A7 III / A7R III / A9 2918 maintains access to the camera's controls and offers a variety of mounting options. In addition to a cold shoe mount and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes, this form-fitting aluminium cage features several ARRI-style mounts that prevent accessories from twisting once attached. The cage also incorporates an anti-twist design: besides the 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw, an M2.5 screw fixes into the strap hole, so the camera cannot move around in the cage.

For handheld shooting you can attach the SmallRig Top Handle 1984 or the SmallRig Wooden Side Handle 2093, plus the SmallRig Cable Clamp 3104 to protect the HDMI cable and port. ARRI-style mounts on the top and the side take the SmallRig ARRI Locating Handle 2165 or the SmallRig Ball Head Magic Arm 2115. Besides, a screwdriver is built into the bottom of the cage for tightening the camera screws.
