A second screen that fits in the bag

The D10 is a portable monitor for a laptop, a desktop or a games console. Its 1920×1200 16:10 IPS panel gives more height than an ordinary widescreen display, so it holds a longer stretch of a document or of code. It covers 98.6% of sRGB at 8-bit colour depth, runs at 350 cd/m² and holds a 1000:1 contrast ratio; viewing angles are 160°, that is 80° to each side. The body is 10.8 mm thin and weighs 313 g — it goes in the backpack next to the laptop.

Three ways to connect it

Duplicate shows the same picture on both screens, which helps when you are presenting. Extend turns it into a second desktop for chat or notes. And with the laptop closed it works as the main screen.

One cable for the picture, one for power

The picture goes over HDMI, power and touch over USB-C. Depending on the port your device has, you use a USB-C to USB-C or a USB-C to USB-A cable; the latter is in the box. Consumption stays under 7 W, but the Type-C supply should deliver at least 5 V / 2 A.

Touch control

Only with a Windows PC over Type-C

The display handles tapping, double tapping, sliding and two-finger zooming. Touch only works when connected to a Windows PC over Type-C, though — do not count on it with consoles, phones or Macs.

Connectors and controls

On the back there is an HDMI input, a Type-C port and a 3.5 mm headphone output; a pair of built-in speakers handles sound as well. Five keys on the top edge drive it — power, menu, left, right and back. The foldable stand holds the monitor on the desk; for an arm or a tripod there is a 75 × 75 mm VESA mount on the back.

Not only for a laptop

Over HDMI it takes a Nintendo Switch, a PlayStation or an Xbox, and equally a Raspberry Pi (5, 4, 3 or Zero) or a camera. Among computers it works with Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 and with a Mac from IOS 17 up, and it takes a picture from an iPhone or an Android phone as well.

What is in the box

Besides the monitor the box holds a one-metre HDMI to HDMI cable, a USB-A to Type-C cable, a desktop stand and the manual. A USB-C to USB-C cable is not included; buy one separately for a computer with a USB-C port.
