The Desview Thunderbolt TX + Thundermon RX (Plastic) Combo brings together two powerful tools for professional video production: the Thunderbolt wireless transmitter and the Thundermon RX monitor receiver. This pairing is ideal for directors, camera operators, and production teams who need stable long-range transmission with accurate real-time monitoring.

The Thunderbolt TX supports 1080p60 lossless wireless video transmission using H.264 encoding over the 5GHz band. With automatic frequency hopping, the system continuously scans for interference and switches channels in real time, eliminating signal drops and stutter. In open, unobstructed environments, the transmission distance can reach up to 400 meters, while maintaining a low one-to-one latency of approximately 60ms.

The Thundermon RX (Plastic Housing) features a built-in 5.5-inch Full HD monitor with an 8+2 FRC panel, delivering up to 1200 nits peak brightness and 89.9% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. This ensures excellent visibility outdoors and accurate color representation. Professional monitoring tools such as waveform, vectorscope, false color, focus assist, HDR monitoring, and support for custom 3D LUTs allow precise exposure and color evaluation on set.

Connectivity is highly flexible: the Thunderbolt TX offers HDMI input with HDMI loop-out, while the RX provides dual HDMI outputs, enabling simultaneous connection to a director’s monitor, assistant monitor, or external recorder. Both units support NP-F batteries or USB-C power, with an NP-F970 battery delivering over 6 hours of continuous operation. HDCP protocol support ensures secure signal transmission.

Lightweight construction (approximately 197 g per unit) makes this combo ideal for handheld, gimbal, and mobile setups, while maintaining professional reliability.
