The Cartoni AH111 3/8″ adapter puts a Focus 8 or Focus 8S fluid head on a slider. It replaces the bowl with a flat mount and a central thread that screws the assembly to the slider carriage. The aluminium disc attaches to the underside of the head with three screws in countersunk holes, so there is no play between head and slider. A genuine Cartoni part.
The Focus 8 straight on a slider
The small Focus 8 head is ideal for slider moves. With the AH111 adapter it mounts without a bowl or converters, using a single central 3/8″ screw.

A firm, play-free connection
Three screws in countersunk holes hold the disc firmly to the head, so the rig does not shift on the slider carriage even during fast moves.
Central 3/8″ thread
The standard thread fits the carriages of common sliders.
