The handle turns the Action 6 into a small street camera. You hold it by the grip, your thumb falls on the record button and the camera sits well in the hand all day — on a walk, around town and while vlogging.

The handle clicks on without screws

The quick-release joint holds the handle firmly, as if it were part of the body. It goes on and comes off in one movement, with no screws to lose on location.

A spare battery lives inside the handle

The handle has a hidden compartment for one spare battery. When power runs low you swap it on the spot instead of digging through your bag.

A lock against accidental recording

The ring beside the record button slides right and the button is locked — the camera will not start rolling by itself in a pocket or a bag. Slide it left and it is ready again at once.

Swappable button caps

The top record button has an interchangeable cap and also takes common caps in the standard size, so you can match the build to your own taste.

Worth knowing

The set is built for the DJI Osmo Action 6 and the Tilta cage for that model only. It does not fit the Action 5 Pro, Action 4 or Action 3.

The spare battery is sold separately; the compartment in the handle takes one Action 6 battery.
