Tilta Full Camera Cage for Sony a7C II / a7C R - Black

This Tilta full camera cage wraps the Sony a7C II and a7C R body and turns a compact camera into a rig that carries a monitor, a microphone and a light. It offers cold shoe receivers, a NATO rail and 1/4″-20 threads with locating points. The Arca-Swiss bottom plate drops onto a DJI gimbal or a tripod head, the supplied clamp secures the HDMI cable and a screwdriver sits recessed in the plate.

The cage is machined for the Sony a7C II and a7C R bodies. It meets the camera at two points so it cannot twist, while every control, the battery door and the card slot stay reachable.

From tripod to gimbal in seconds

The bottom plate follows the Arca-Swiss standard, so the cage drops straight into a DJI RS 3 Pro gimbal or any Arca-style tripod head. Swapping takes seconds and needs no tools.

A custom fit that hides nothing

The frame follows the contour of the body, leaving every button, dial and the hot shoe free. There is still room on top for a wireless microphone such as the Sony ECM-W2BT.

Locked down at several points

A bottom screw and side attachment points hold the camera so it cannot rotate, even with a heavier lens. Locating points next to the threads stop accessories from twisting.

The clamp keeps the HDMI cable in place

The removable HDMI cable clamp tightens with a thumb screw, so no tools are needed. The connector stays seated even while the rig is being moved and the signal is not interrupted.

The screwdriver travels with you

A magnetic flat head screwdriver sits recessed in the bottom plate. The cage can be taken apart and put back together anywhere, without digging through the bag for tools.

Black or titanium gray

The cage comes in two finishes. Titanium gray matches the Sony a7C R body, black stays discreet on set.

The cage uses DJI’s take on the ARCA standard. It fits most Arca-Swiss mounts, but the manufacturer does not guarantee compatibility with every one of them. With an unusual head, try the fit first.
