Tilta Half Camera Cage for Sony a7C II / a7C R - Black

This Tilta half camera cage wraps the left side, the base and the top edge of the Sony a7C II and a7C R, protecting the camera where accessories reach it while barely adding size. There is a cold shoe receiver on top, 1/4″-20 threads with locating points around the frame and an Arca-Swiss plate underneath for gimbal and tripod. The supplied clamp secures the HDMI cable.

The half cage answers the case where a full cage only adds bulk: it protects the camera where protection is needed and leaves the right side completely open.

Protects what matters without adding bulk

The half cage wraps the left side, the base and the top edge, leaving the right side open. The camera is protected where cables and accessories hit it, yet still fits a smaller bag.

Arca-Swiss underneath

The Arca-Swiss bottom plate is part of the cage, so the camera goes straight onto a DJI RS 3 Pro gimbal or into the Arca jaws of a tripod head.

Free access to the ports

The right side stays open, so the card slot, the ports and the flip-out screen remain reachable. The supplied HDMI cable clamp secures the cable.

Worth knowing

The cage uses DJI’s take on the ARCA standard. It fits most Arca-Swiss mounts, but the manufacturer does not guarantee compatibility with every one of them. With an unusual head, try the fit first.

The box contains only the items listed above. The Sony body, the lens and any other accessories shown in the photographs are not part of this product.
