Tilta quick-release mounting baseplate for the DJI Osmo Action 6 and DJI Osmo Nano in black. It clips onto the camera’s magnetic mount, latches, and adds a 1/4″-20 thread with locating points — so the camera screws onto a tripod, selfie stick, damping arm or suction cup. It fits both ways round, for landscape and portrait shots alike. Aluminium with a stainless-steel latch, 41.6 × 21.3 × 16.6 mm.
The Tilta Quick Release Mounting Baseplate is a small aluminium plate that gives the DJI Osmo Action 6 or the DJI Osmo Nano a 1/4″-20 thread with locating points. It clips onto the camera’s magnetic mount and latches; it fits both ways round, so the camera stands landscape or portrait.
The small aluminium plate gives the action camera a standard 1/4″-20 photo thread with locating points. A tripod, selfie stick, damping arm or handlebar mount all screw onto it.
The baseplate finds the camera’s magnetic mount by itself and latches, so it will not drop off even while riding. One press takes it off again.
The mount is bi-directional — the baseplate goes on from below and from above, so the camera stands landscape or portrait without rebuilding the whole rig.
With nothing to screw, moving the baseplate between a tripod, a suction cup and a damping arm takes a second. It fits the DJI Osmo Action 6 and the DJI Osmo Nano.
The baseplate is built for the magnetic mount of the DJI Osmo Action 6 and the DJI Osmo Nano. For the earlier Osmo Action 3/4/5 Pro series Tilta makes the separate TA-T40-MBP magnetic baseplate.
