The Tilta MB-T12-134 Clamp-On Adapter (134 mm) is a precision-machined aluminum ring that lets you securely clamp the lightweight carbon-fiber Tilta MB-T12 4×5.65″ matte box directly onto any lens with a 134 mm outer barrel – the essential accessory for popular large-format primes and zooms such as Laowa OOOM, certain Sigma FF High-Speed and select anamorphics that need fast, light-tight clamp-on mounting.

Designed exclusively for the MB-T12 matte box, the MB-T12-134 adapter converts the matte box mounting from rods or 114 mm donut to a rock-solid 134 mm clamp-on system. It slides into the matte box’s keyhole slots and locks instantly with two captive thumbscrews, then grips the lens front via a large, glove-friendly rear thumbscrew.
