The Tilta MB-T12-87 Clamp-On Adapter (87 mm) is a precision aluminum ring that lets you directly clamp the carbon-fiber Tilta MB-T12 4×5.65″ matte box onto any lens with an 87 mm outer barrel – ideal for compact primes and zooms that fall between 85 mm and 90 mm, delivering fast, tool-free attachment with zero light leaks.

Specifically designed for the Tilta MB-T12 matte box, the MB-T12-87 converts the matte box’s native 114 mm rubber donut or rod-mount back into a secure 87 mm clamp-on system. It slides into the matte box’s keyhole slots and locks instantly with two captive thumbscrews, then grips the lens front via a large, glove-friendly rear thumbscrew. CNC-machined aluminum with stainless-steel hardware ensures perfect alignment and durability.
