The 13-element, 11-group optical design uses 2 aspherical, 3 HRI and 3 ED elements together with a floating group. It minimizes chromatic aberration and distortion while maintaining detail from the centre to the edges, even wide open.

F/1.4 AND A 14-BLADE IRIS

The f/1.4 aperture supports low-light shooting, while 14 blades keep defocus smooth and rounded. This official manufacturer sample demonstrates gentle highlight transitions and clean bokeh without distracting onion-ring or donut patterns.
