Simera · full-frame manual lens
This compact Nikon Z wide-angle lens combines an f/1.4 aperture, precise manual control and a natural perspective for street work, reportage, travel and low-light shooting.

The manufacturer’s official sample shows how the 28mm perspective keeps the environment in frame while letting the photographer work close to the action. At f/1.4, the lens can still separate a subject from a busy city scene.
A 14-blade diaphragm produces calm out-of-focus areas. The aperture ring switches between clicked operation for stills and a smooth, declicked movement for video, across an f/1.4–f/16 range.

One aspherical, one ED and three HRI elements control colour errors and help retain detail from the centre towards the edges across varied lighting conditions.
A floating optical group helps maintain image quality at the 0.4m minimum focus distance. The manufacturer’s official example clearly demonstrates its use for textures, fine details and more intimate compositions.

Focus and aperture are fully manual and the lens has no electronic contacts. Red depth-of-field scale markers support hyperfocal technique and fast zone focusing.
