The lens lets you focus on your subject with a beautifully blurred background. The Nikon Z's large-diameter bayonet, f/2.8 aperture and seven-lamel aperture with a circular aperture allow you to achieve subtle and natural reproduction of out-of-focus areas of the image(bokeh).

This lens is amazingly sharp even at close focusing distances, which can be used for stylish food photography and striking portraits. The shortest focusing distance of just 0.19m allows you to shoot with the camera just 19cm from the subject.
