The kit includes two PB-M98S 98Wh pocket V-mount batteries and the KA-M20S extension plate, allowing you to combine both batteries into a single high-capacity power system equivalent in size to a standard large V-mount battery.

SWIT PB-M98S Pocket V-Mount Battery

The PB-M98S is a compact 14.4V lithium-ion battery with 98Wh (6.8Ah) capacity. Its short, pocket-sized design makes it perfect for handheld gimbals, small cinema cameras, field monitors, and ENG camcorders.

It provides up to 100W/8A continuous output via D-Tap and supports accessory charging through a 5V/2A USB Type-A port. The smart 5-LED indicator displays real-time battery status and flashes when capacity drops below 10%. The battery also transmits power data to compatible Sony and RED cameras for accurate on-screen monitoring.

KA-M20S Dual Pocket V-Mount Extension Plate

The KA-M20S extension plate enables two PB-M series batteries to function as a unified power source. When paired with two PB-M98S batteries, it delivers flexible power modes:

• Hot-Swap Mode (≤100W load): One battery powers the device while the second can be replaced without interrupting operation.

• High-Load Mode (>100W load): Both batteries operate simultaneously to provide up to 300W total output.

The plate includes two D-Tap outputs (top and side) for flexible rig connections and provides power/hot-swap status indicators for each battery. Designed slim and lightweight, it ensures balanced camera installation and includes multiple circuit protections for safe operation.
