The SWIT S-8360S is a 240Wh heavy-duty V-mount lithium-ion battery featuring a rugged waterproof dual-housing design, 200W high-load output, and 6A fast charging, making it ideal for demanding cine and ENG field applications.
The SWIT S-8360S 240Wh V-Mount Camera Battery is engineered for professional film and broadcast productions that demand reliability, durability, and high power output in challenging environments. Designed with an innovative dual-housing structure, the battery combines an internal cell cage with an external shock-absorbing rubberized housing, providing excellent protection against drops while achieving IP66-rated water and dust resistance.
With a capacity of 240Wh (16.7Ah), the S-8360S is the maximum capacity allowed for airline carry-on, offering extended runtimes of approximately 9 hours for ENG cameras or 3 hours for ARRI ALEXA cine cameras. Built from 24 high-quality 18650 lithium-ion cells, it delivers consistent and reliable performance.
Unlike standard Li-ion batteries limited to 100W output, the S-8360S supports a 200W / 16A constant high-load output, making it suitable for high-draw cine cameras, monitors, and on-camera lighting simultaneously—without reducing battery lifespan under sustained load.
The battery supports 6A fast charging using compatible SWIT chargers, reaching 80% capacity in just 2.5 hours and fully charging in 3.8 hours. An 8-LED intelligent power indicator displays both remaining capacity and precise remaining runtime during discharge. The built-in digital info chip is compatible with SONY camera systems, allowing remaining time to be shown directly in the camera viewfinder.
A D-tap (P-tap) output is located on the top of the battery, enabling additional accessories to be powered alongside the camera.
