SWIT FLOW6500 Tx Wireless Video Transmitter

Full HD without cables up to 2 km

A FLOW series transmitter with KUWI wireless technology for film production and event broadcasting. It takes a 3G/HD-SDI or HDMI signal and sends it to FLOW500, FLOW2000 or FLOW6500 receivers depending on the distance you need.

Multicast

One transmitter serves an unlimited number of receivers, and up to 22 pairs can work in one location.

Double encryption

Pairing and content are protected by a private transmission protocol and AES128.

OLED and channels

The display shows format, channel and signal strength; the channel is chosen automatically or manually.

Small and light

66 × 106.5 × 24.7 mm, 0.29 kg and 9 W power consumption.

SDI and HDMI inputs

The transmitter has 1× 3G/HD-SDI input with loop output and 1× HDMI 1.3 input. It carries formats up to 1080p60 including 1080psf, 1080i and 720p, as well as embedded audio on channels 1 and 2. Two omnidirectional antennas send the signal.

NP-F battery power

The back of the transmitter carries an NP-F battery plate, and a DC 7–34 V input is also provided. Power consumption is 9 W.

Receiving at different distances

The FLOW6500 Tx signal is received by the FLOW500 Rx up to 150 m, the FLOW2000 Rx up to 600 m and the FLOW6500 Rx panel receiver up to 2,000 m line of sight.

5 GHz band with DFS

The system works in the 5.1–5.9 GHz band and is DFS compliant. A built-in scanner checks all frequencies and switches to the best channel automatically, or you can choose manually from 7 non-DFS channels.
