The Cartoni Spinhead Cine Style Slide (H534/CS) is a two-axis nodal head for creative SFX that adds lateral spin to pan and tilt. Its patented spinning tilt unit offsets the camera and lets the plate pivot sideways through 360°, locking in 4 positions 90° apart or at any angle. Hollow axes pass cables for unlimited rotation. 10.5 kg.
Lateral spin for creative SFX
The Spinhead has a flat Mitchell base and mounts on tripods, dollies, sliders and camera cars or underslung from cranes and jib arms. The camera sits on a side-load Cine-style quick-release plate compatible with Arri, Sony or O’Connor plates.

A plate that spins 360°
The spinning tilt unit offsets the camera and lets it pivot sideways through a full 360°, locking in four positions 90° apart or at any other angle.
Continuous fluid drag
Pan and tilt are assisted by Cartoni’s patented continuous fluid drag units.
Hollow axes
Cables run through the pan and tilt axes for unlimited 360° rotation.
Recommended payload under 18 kg
For best results the recommended camera weight is under 18 kg.
JibO adaptor
An optional flat-base head adaptor for the Cartoni JibO is available.
Camera offset from the axis
The spinning unit moves the plate away from the tilt axis, so the camera can be turned sideways for unusual shots.
