It enables smooth pan, tilt, and zoom operation over IP with PoE-powered connectivity, making it ideal for expanding professional camera control systems.

The SKAARHOJ XC7 IP-Based Joystick Panel is a compact and efficient control extension designed to integrate seamlessly into existing SKAARHOJ broadcast and production environments. Its primary function is to add high-precision 3-axis joystick control for PTZ camera systems, enabling smooth and responsive pan, tilt, and zoom operation. Featuring a built-in homing/reset button, the joystick provides accurate positional control for demanding live production workflows.

Built on SKAARHOJ’s UniSketch platform and supporting Raw Panel server mode, the XC7 connects directly over IP, allowing it to be easily integrated into larger control systems without complex configuration. Its plug-and-play design ensures immediate operation once connected, making it ideal for expanding existing control surfaces without redesigning the entire workflow.

The device uses 100 Mbps Ethernet with Power over Ethernet (PoE IEEE802.3af), reducing cabling requirements by delivering both power and data through a single connection. Its compact form factor ensures it can fit into tight control environments, OB setups, or modular desk configurations without adding clutter.
