The Saramonic K9 TX is a high-performance bodypack UHF transmitter with built-in 32-bit float recording, timecode sync, and wide frequency coverage — designed for professional filmmakers and content creators.
The Saramonic K9 TX bodypack transmitter operates on an ultra-wide 550–960 MHz UHF band, giving you global frequency coverage with excellent resistance to interference. It supports selectable RF power levels (10 / 25 / 50 / 100 mW) so you can adapt to different output needs. Its input dynamic range is 130 dB, providing outstanding audio fidelity even in very quiet or very loud scenarios. For redundancy and safety, the TX packs 32-bit float onboard recording to a microSD card (supports up to 256 GB), ensuring you capture pristine, unclipped audio and always have a backup. It also supports timecode sync: LTC (SMPTE) timecode input via 3.5 mm for wired sync, or sync wirelessly within the Saramonic On the mic side, the TX has a locking 3.5 mm TRS mic input that supports mic- or line-level sources, with selectable mic power (3 V, 5 V) and up to +30 dB gain. There’s also a low-cut filter (off / 75 / 100 / 150 Hz) to help clean up rumble or handling noise.
Power is supplied via external batteries: it runs on 2 × AA (can use lithium iron, alkaline, or rechargeable types), giving up to ~9 hours of use. The TX is compact and lightweight, measuring 80 × 62 × 19 mm, and weighing 85 g (without battery / antenna). Finally, through the Saramonic System app, you can manage settings, monitor status, and even sync up to 48 devices — ideal for complex multi-mic setups.
