RGBlink MSP 315-4

The RGBlink MSP 315-4 is an HDBaseT transmitter and receiver set that extends an HDMI 1.4 signal over a single Cat 5e or Cat 6a cable: 1080p up to 70 m, 4K at 30 Hz up to 40 m. The cable also carries bi-directional IR and RS-232 signals and PoE power, so a power adapter is needed at one end only. The set supports HDCP 2.2.

A ceiling-mounted projector, a display in a hall or a screen at the other end of the building: instead of a long HDMI cable, one network cable between the transmitter at the source and the receiver at the display is enough.

Transmitter and receiver as a set

The set comes as a ready-to-use pair of transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX). The transmitter connects to the HDMI source, the receiver to the display or projector, and a Cat 5e or Cat 6a cable with RJ45 connectors links the two units.

Receiver: HDMI, IR and RS-232

The receiver has an HDMI 1.4 output, IR input and output (3.5 mm jack) and an RS-232 terminal block. Through them you control the display or the source at the other end of the line – with a remote control or a control system.

Transmitter: HDBaseT and power

The transmitter carries the HDBaseT port (RJ45), a DC 12 V power input, an HDCP indicator and a DIP switch to choose between RS-232 control and firmware update. Thanks to PoE (max. 125 mA) a power adapter is needed at one end only.
