The RGBlink MSP 318N is a professional HDMI 2.0 fiber extender set designed to transmit uncompressed 4K video up to 4K@60Hz over optical fiber. Supporting HDMI 2.0b, HDCP 2.2, HDR, and RGB 4:4:4 color, the MSP 318N delivers high-bandwidth, long-distance HDMI transmission with bi-directional IR, RS-232 pass-through, audio embedding, and flexible SFP+ fiber options.

The RGBlink MSP 318N is a high-performance HDMI 2.0 fiber extender system consisting of a transmitter and receiver, engineered for professional AV, broadcast, and control room environments. It supports full-bandwidth HDMI 2.0 signals up to 18Gbps, enabling 4K@60Hz RGB 4:4:4 8-bit video with HDR and 3D formats. Compliance with HDMI 2.0b and HDCP 2.2 ensures compatibility with modern HDMI sources and displays.

The MSP 318N uses external SFP+ fiber modules (ordered separately) to support both single-mode and multi-mode fiber transmission, allowing distances up to 10 km over single-mode fiber or 300 m over multi-mode fiber. The transmitter features HDMI loop-out and audio embedding via a 3.5mm input, while the receiver supports audio extraction via a 3.5mm output. EDID management is handled through DIP switches for seamless source compatibility.

Additional professional features include bi-directional IR control, RS-232 pass-through for device control integration, and support for a wide range of video resolutions, color spaces, and audio formats.
