The Manfrotto MBASEPROVR is a low-profile aluminum base with an integrated 60/75 mm leveling half-sphere. It allows you to level the horizon without time-consuming adjustments to individual legs, which is practical for both panoramic photography and 360° video shooting.
A safe load capacity of 20 kg provides ample headroom for VR cameras, panoramic heads, and compatible extension booms. The unit weighs 1.6 kg and measures 28 cm when folded.
The included leveling hemispherical head features a 3/8″ top screw and allows for quick, precise leveling of the attached assembly. The top platform has a diameter of 74 mm, and the base has no center column.
Each leg can be adjusted to 23°, 50°, or 70°. The height ranges from 13.5 to 26.5 cm, and the spike feet help maintain stability outdoors; for higher shots, the manufacturer recommends the MBOOMCFVR-S and MBOOMCFVR-M booms.
