TheBefree GT is a great combination of portability - it measures only 43 cm when folded - and impressive stability, ensuring flawless and easy operation even when loaded with 10 kg (at a kerb weight of 1.59 kg).

The ergonomic design makes operating the Manfrotto Befree GT comfortable, fast and safe. The Befree GT also features a solid construction to ensure maximum stability on all types of terrain and the innovative M-Lock, which has no protruding parts and its mechanism closes perfectly around the head and slips easily into the transport case. The ergonomic foot angle selector is designed to be easily used with both the right and left hand. The Befree GT can be easily adjusted to three independent leg angle positions, plus it features Easy Link technology, just like the Manfrotto 190 & 055 professional tripods, for easy accessory installation.

The kit also features the Manfrotto Advanced 496 Aluminium Centre Ballhead (MH496-BH), a powerful head that allows for smooth and precise camera movement. This ballhead offers three independent controls for motion lock, friction adjustment and panning. The head is equipped with a plate compatible with Manfrotto RC2 and Arca-Swiss standards.
