The Manfrotto Befree GT PRO Sony α MKBFRTC4GTA-BH is a lightweight carbon fiber travel tripod with a 496 ball head and a special 200PL-PROSONY plate, whose front support helps a compatible Sony α camera body resist twisting during tilting and portrait composition. The kit weighs 1.55 kg, folds down to 43 cm, extends to 162 cm, and can safely support 12 kg in accordance with UNI/PdR 105:2021. M-Lock, Easy Link, three leg angles, and the included carrying case make it the perfect professional travel companion.

CARBON FIBER SUPPORT DESIGNED FOR SONY α

The Befree GT PRO for Sony α combines professional stability, lightweight design, and a base plate shaped to fit compatible Sony camera bodies. Photographers can change the orientation and angle of view without any unwanted play between the camera and the base plate.

200PL-PROSONY: A MORE SECURE CONNECTION TO THE CAMERA BODY

The special quick-release plate features a front stop that physically limits the rotation of a compatible Sony α camera. It also uses the Manfrotto RC2 quick-release standard and is compatible with Arca-type clamps.

A detailed list of supported Sony camera bodies is provided in the official compatibility document in the downloads section. The plate is not compatible with the 804RC2 and MH804-3W heads.

QUICK SETUP ON THE GO

The four-section carbon fiber legs feature compact M-Lock twist locks. Each leg can be independently adjusted to an angle of 22°, 54°, or 89°, and the Easy Link connector allows you to attach a compatible arm with a light or reflector. The MH496-BH ball head features a separate ball lock, friction control, and a panoramic lock.
