The Manfrotto MVK500190XV is a complete aluminum video system for creators who want smooth, cinematic shots, quick tripod setup in the field, and the flexibility to use the head on a slider or crane. It combines the MVH500AH fluid head with a flat base, a long 500PLONG quick-release plate, and a three-section 190X Video tripod with a leveling center column; weighing 3.2 kg, it reaches a height of 173.3 cm and, according to the manufacturer’s current specifications, can safely support a setup weighing up to 8 kg.

Top-Loading Side Lock

A camera with a 500PLONG plate is mounted onto the head from the top. The transition from handheld to tripod is quick, and there’s no need to slide the plate in from the back.

Preset Balance

A 2.4 kg counterweight with a 55 mm center of gravity ensures more stable operation with standard camera and mirrorless camera setups.

A Head That’s Not Just for Tripods

The flat base and standard mounting allow the MVH500AH to be used on a compatible slider, jib, or other support system. The 3/8″ Easy Link connector on the head is ready for a monitor or other accessories; an Easy Link with anti-rotation protection is also located on the tripod casting.

A tilt range of −70° to +90° and 360° panoramic rotation provide freedom during interviews, news coverage, and product shoots.

Quick Leveling in the Field

The three-section, one-piece aluminum legs feature Quick Power Lock levers. The leveling center column makes it easy to level the head without time-consuming fine-tuning of each leg.
