The Manfrotto 182 is a compact aluminum 3/8″ female to 5/8″ Baby male stud adapter with an additional 3/8″ male thread on top of the Baby stud, making it the perfect double-ended converter for attaching lights, monitors, or grip gear with 5/8″ receivers to any 3/8″ female thread (Super Clamp, Magic Arm, tripod, etc.) while still allowing a 3/8″ accessory to be stacked on top.

The Manfrotto 182 (also known as the “double Baby-to-3/8 adapter”) is an indispensable rigging piece machined from lightweight aluminum. The bottom features a 3/8″-16 female thread that screws directly onto Super Clamps, Magic Arms, ball heads, or any 3/8″ male stud, while the top presents a full-size 5/8″ (16 mm) Baby stud with a 3/8″ male thread machined on the end—giving you both a standard Baby receiver and the ability to mount an additional 3/8″ accessory simultaneously.
