A backup running on AA batteries

The B 61 slides into the bodypack just like the BA 61 pack. It holds three AA batteries under its cover, so the transmitter keeps working without a charger.

For the show, use the battery pack

With batteries the remaining time can only be estimated from the icon, and at the end of their life the transmitter may start switching on and off. The BA 61 pack is meant for live operation.

Same fit as the BA 61

The compartment uses the same guide rail and snap-in elements as the battery pack and is swapped the same way.

Batteries available anywhere

AA batteries can be bought almost anywhere, so the transmitter never runs out of power on the road.
