Atomos RX 4K/HD

Atomos RX 4K/HD is a separately sold wireless video receiver for viewing the camera feed on a director or client monitor, recorder or video switcher. Paired with the separately sold Atomos TX transmitter, it establishes a 5 GHz link, receives video up to 4Kp30 and offers two HDMI outputs plus one 3G-SDI output for multiple displays. Crews working with a tripod, handheld rig or gimbal can change position and camera angle without rerouting long signal cables. The compact receiver mounts via a 1/4″-20 thread and can run from an NP-F550/750/970 battery, USB-C or a 9–16 V DC input. An Atomos TX transmitter is required for wireless operation and is not included with this RX.

Wireless video reception

Receive the camera feed from a separately sold Atomos TX and send it to a director's monitor, client screen or video switcher. This compact RX keeps monitoring flexible when the camera changes position.

Move freely on set

On a tripod, handheld rig or gimbal, the camera can move without repeatedly disconnecting the director's or client's display. The RX pairs with the Atomos TX over 5 GHz wireless video, with nine selectable channels and approximately 60 ms link latency for responsive monitoring.

Three useful outputs

Two full-size HDMI outputs let the RX feed two local displays at once, while the 3G-SDI output connects a compatible monitor, recorder or switcher. HDMI supports up to 4Kp30; the SDI output supports up to 1080p60. The side controls also keep channel selection and power accessible on a compact rig.

Power for the location

Use an NP-F550, NP-F750 or NP-F970 battery, USB-C power or a 9–16 V DC input. The receiver can be mounted via its 1/4″-20 thread, so it fits a monitor stand or field rig without taking up much space.

Receiver, not a complete kit

This box contains one RX receiver with its antennas and mounting accessories. Wireless operation requires a compatible Atomos TX transmitter, sold separately; choose the complete TX-RX kit when both units are needed.
